Shipping Policy

📦 Domestic & International Shipping

 

Digital Items: Receive right after checkout! NO refunds. 
Merch: Depending on the product, items will be processed and packaged within 3-10 business days.
2–6 weeks, depending on location and customs

Shipping depends on location and whether priority shipping was selected at checkout. Merch such as hoodies, mugs, desk mats, etc. are fulfilled by a third party company and not packaged/shipped by me.

Prints: Orders will be packaged and sent out within the week of ordering. Letter mail usually takes 4-10 business days for Canada and the US, and 1-2 weeks internationally.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are dependent on the most updated market rates as well as the overall weight of the purchases. Shipping rates may change without prior notifications. 

United States: shipping is adjusted based on weight and destination.

International: 

Untracked: to help our international customers access our wares at a lower shipping price we offer the option of 3 tiers of "untracked" shipping based on weight (<1 oz, <2 oz, <3 oz). WARNING: choosing this option means running the risk of losing your order in the mail. We are NOT responsible for lost or damaged package. Once your item has been marked fulfilled, we no longer have control of it. Refunds will not be issued for lost orders.

Tracked: shipping is adjusted based on weight and destination and will have tracking information. All orders about 3 ounces will be automatically opted in for tracked shipping according to USPS guidelines. 

When will my order be shipped?

Processing time is usually 3-6 days, but can be 7-10 days during busier times such as during sales or recent shop updates. You can find our current processing time on the top banner of the home page.

 

💌 Lost or Delayed Packages

 

Once your order is with the shipping carrier, delivery times are unfortunately out of my hands. If your package is delayed, please check your tracking info first, then with your local post office, and don’t hesitate to contact me for help.

**Please note there may be delays due to international shipping. And please keep in mind that there are some countries I cannot ship to.  Also, if customs and duties apply, please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to pay upon delivery (e.g. VAT in the EU)*
